It creates a unified record of interactions, helps sales and marketing teams see the same picture, and improves attribution and follow-up.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"728\">But if you\u2019ve toggled <strong data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"571\">Task syncing<\/strong> on and still don\u2019t see activities in HubSpot, you\u2019re not alone. There\u2019s a common reason why\u2014and it often has nothing to do with your integration settings.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"811\"><strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"809\">The Hidden Culprit: EmailMessage Records from Einstein Activity Capture<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1068\">When Salesforce is set up with <strong data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"872\">Einstein Activity Capture<\/strong>, most \u201cemail tasks\u201d you see aren\u2019t actually Tasks in Salesforce\u2014they\u2019re <strong data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"969\">EmailMessage records<\/strong>.
