  2. SFDC Connected App<\/b>: The service relies on a Salesforce-connected application to authenticate and obtain an OAuth token for accessing Salesforce data via REST and Metadata APIs.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Setting up Salesforce Integration<\/b><\/h3>

    SFDC Connected App Setup:<\/b><\/h4>
    • RDN authenticates with Salesforce by creating a Connected App. This enables RDN to obtain an OAuth token and connect to Salesforce.<\/span><\/li>
    • To create an SFDC-connected app, follow the steps outlined in the <\/span>Menu Admin \u2192 SFDC Connected App<\/b> section in Salesforce.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      SFDC Connection:<\/b><\/h4>
      • After creating the SFDC app, obtain the <\/span>Client ID<\/b> and <\/span>Client Secret<\/b> from the app configuration.<\/span><\/li>
      • These credentials are used to establish a secure connection between RDN and Salesforce for Lead-to-Account matching.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Steps to Create Lead-to-Account Matching Service<\/b><\/h3>

        1. Create a New Lead-to-Account Matching Service<\/b>:<\/span><\/p>

          • In RDN, navigate to the Lead-to-Account Matching Service section and click the <\/span>\u2018+\u2019<\/b> button to create a new service.<\/span><\/li>
          • Service Name<\/b>: Enter an alphanumeric name for the service (spaces are not allowed).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

            2. Description<\/b>: Provide a brief description of the service being created.<\/span>

                      • Upsert<\/b> (default) – This option updates existing records with new data and inserts any missing records. It ensures that the account data is accurate by updating changes and adding new entries.<\/span><\/li>
                      • Drop existing and get new data<\/b> – This option deletes all current account data and imports the latest data, replacing the old records entirely with fresh data.
