The Standard Lookup feature in RDN provides predefined lookup services that cater to common data standardization needs. These lookups are designed to simplify everyday tasks such as validating and normalizing key information like Country, State, and Phone Number data.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

With <\/span>Standard Lookups<\/b>, users can easily <\/span>compare values<\/b> across one or multiple columns, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. While users can view and access the lookup data, <\/span>modifying<\/b> existing columns or their associated values is not allowed. However, users can <\/span>add new values<\/b> to the lookup, and these added values will remain exclusive to their account, ensuring customization while maintaining overall consistency.<\/span><\/p>

RDN offers the following <\/span>Standard Lookup<\/b> services:<\/span><\/p>

  • RightWaveCountryLookup<\/b> \u2013 Standardizes country names, codes, and related data.<\/span><\/li>
  • RightWavePhoneLookup<\/b> \u2013 Validates and standardizes phone numbers based on country codes.<\/span><\/li>
  • RightWaveStateLookup<\/b> \u2013 Provides state information based on state names.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    RightWaveZipCodeLookup<\/b> (Hidden Lookup) \u2013 Offers zip code and location-related data.<\/span>

        2. Bulk Upload<\/b>: Import data in bulk via <\/span>CSV files<\/b>, making it easier to update multiple values at once.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          Check box uses:<\/b> Upon selecting the “Show only my custom records” checkbox, the Custom Lookups created by the user will be displayed.<\/span><\/p>

          Export CSV: <\/b>By clicking on the Export CSV button, users can export the data in CSV format.<\/span><\/p>

          Add Values Using Import CSV: <\/b>We can add values in the Standard Lookup Service by Importing a CSV file. Added data is editable.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            The <\/span>Phone Lookup<\/b> service is designed to help you validate and retrieve phone-related information using the <\/span>Country Code<\/b>. For example, if you input <\/span>Country_Code<\/b> as \u201c93\u201d (which corresponds to Afghanistan), the lookup will return:<\/span><\/p>

            • Country<\/b>: The country name (e.g., Afghanistan)<\/span><\/li>
            • ISO_Code2<\/b>: The two-letter ISO code for the country (e.g., AF)<\/span><\/li>
